• 2. The provisions of the prospectus must be read carefully before applying for admission.
• 3. Application form, complete in all respects, must be accompanied by thc following.
  • (a) TWO latest passport size photographs, duly attested.
  • (b) Bank Draft for HBL Sambrial Branch, for Rs. 1500, (non-refundable) as registration fee in the name of "CADET COLLEGE SIALKOT".
  • (c) Undertaking on accompanying (Serial 3) Signed by the candidate and countersigned by the parents / guardian.

• 3. I Under Take to accept the results of the written Entrance Examination and the Interview without any reservation. I shall not question these results in any manner and shall not indulge in any correspondence about them.
• 4. I undertake to have verified and satisfied about the facilities and standards of education, boarding / lodg-ing and the conducive learning environment of Cadet College Sialkot.
